Hi.
I see somewhere a program, which can cheat the timer at sites like rapidshare,hotfiles etc, (file-share sites).
Timer i mean the 60 seconds, after this time you can download the file.
Can someone give to me a link to tutorial, or make that tutorial?

most of the File Sharing Site, timer scripts have a redirect URL (file link is hidden from public) in them when the timer runs out.
Unless you have the direct linking URL to the file, You are stuck with using the site's download functions.

plus most of the share sites save the files as a BLOB to a database.
So there is no "physical" file (.zip, .rar, .arg, .z7) hosted on the server it self.

Yea, you are right, but i mean, that i see tutorial, which make timer to ex. 2 seconds no 60 secs, you are pressing button, and the program is cheating timer that the value of it is ex 2 seconds, not 60seconds

so what you are asking is there a hack script for shortening the download timer?

Sorry, but we not do website hacks on http://www.codenstuff.com or hacks of any type.
So im pretty sure that there is no script like that posted here. Maybe over on one of those other sites you may have seen a script for that purpose. But not here.
