Contest Rules - Please read!

Hello,
Welcome to the contest section where you can start your own contest or submit your entries to ones already running. Please read the following rules regarding the running of contests.
Starting your own:
Its easy to start a contest all you have to do is think of a challenge to set for your fellow members and then post it so they can take part. The following rules apply..
1) Your contest must be as detailed as possible so anyone entering know exactly what your looking for. You cannot change the details of your contest once you have your first entry.
2) You must set a closing date for your contest and stick to it!. You are allowed to change the deadline if you wish BUT again you are not allowed to change the deadline once you have your first entry.
3) You must be able to give any prize(s) offered in your contest. For example do not offer to give the winner a start-of-the-art computer or £1million in cash if you know for a fact you will not be able to do this!.
4) You are responsible for choosing the winner of your own contest unless you put the entries up for a vote (poll) in which case the winner will be decided by our members/voters.
5) Your contest must be fair and open to everyone regardless of a members experience or ability. Never stop anyone from entering unless you have a VERY good reason to do so.
Basically just be fair and stick to the contest conditions you have set out. If any of the above rules are broken or things start to get too competitive and out of control then an admin WILL step in and take control of your contest and you could recieve a warning for breaking the rules.
Contest awards:
If you want to give an award badge to the winner of your contest then we will be happy to do that for you but you must contact an admin first and ask for permission before your contest begins. You can make your own award badge for your contest if you wish but we do have a couple of requirements..
Please make your badge in *.png format and no bigger than 48 x 48 pixels.
