New Member Requirements - Rewards.

Hello Coders,
Most of you will have heard about the problems we have been having with new members on the site lately which seem to be spamming our community and taking all of your source-code and files without giving anything back or joining in with the rest of us.
Well we are now trying to put a stop to that by introducing some new requirements which new members need to follow in order to gain access to our precious files and code. Some of these features are now active and more will be added over the coming days/weeks and ill explain a few of them to you now.
From now on new members will need to make a minimum of 5 posts before they can download anything from the site and by posts I mean "genuine" posts, not simply "thanks".."nice".."cool".
Some of the site features that I think are luxurys will also be locked to the same type of system and the one currently active are as follows:
Every new member and current members with less than 10 posts will see a red alert box asking them to read the rules of the site so they have no excuse not to follow them.
Chat box
- Every member will need a minimum of 5 posts to use the chat box.
Display your signature in your posts
- Every member will now need a minimum of 50 posts in order for their signature to be displayed.
Quick Reply box
- Again every member will now need a minimum of 50 posts in order to use this feature.
Some of you may have also noticed a banner ad floating inbetween every single topic on the site which has been placed there for 2 reasons. Reason 1 is because it will hopefully bring in a little bit more revenue for the site and the second reason is that it gives every member something else to work towards because some people think ads are annoying (me included) so the ads will vanish once you have made a minimum of 150 posts.
So this is very much like a reward system for being a good member, if you join in with the community and make lots of genuine posts you will "unlock" all these luxury features as you progress so its another great incentive to get involved.
Moderators/Elites and VIP Members are not effected by these requirements and will continue to have access to everything on site regardless of post count.
A more detailed explanation wil be posted shortly cooll;
