ListView Drag 'n drop in large icons/small icons

I've been googling on Google and i can't find a thing, and in most cases they are in details, and wont work :/

Hello,
Do you mean dragging icons that are already in the listview or dragging-dropping files onto the listview and showing the icon of what you dragged onto it? :?

sorry I men't, its for my VOS, and well Its kinda from the start menu listview and the desktop :p
So New Item's And Old Item's
