CoD Waw DVAR adder

It is extremlly bad at the minute, I'm not sure I'm barking up the right tree.
I need to find how to search for and replace text strings in binary using hex.

What's this for exactly? Why do you have to use hex? Can't you make a byte array from your string and see if that is within the byte array of your file?

You can then edit the bytes at any position before/at/after the offset that it finds.
