3D Box Skin/Theme

Hey guys,
your probably thinking this is so simple to make, actualy I made it in Photoshop, but in 3DS Max, I could of probably made it so much quicker, however it was part hard to make, but I wanted to take my time, and use some of the time to get some good effects
