Yes VIP is one of the presents you can get and T-shirts aswell. Its all random so whatever you get is going to be a surprise cooll;

Yes if you get a physical item you will see instructions on how to claim it and if its a t-shirt you can choose the color and size. Presents will be given out at random times throughtout the day so keep your eyes open for that icon .

Even I dont know what you will get or when the icon will appear.
