So if someone that isn't a "Pro" made an OS that functioned like Windows 95, you would say its better than XP, Vista and 7??

I think its better than Services.MSC, because of:
  • You can turn gaming mode on off
    Shows information of your computer
    One click for better performance
    Performance Viewer
    And more...
I don't think you can do those with just services.MSC, with this program, you just open the WSM and do couple clicks.
