If i have a web server, what is the process to make a webpage public? And is it possible to have two diffrent websites (like a.com and b.com) on the same server? Thanks!

It depends which software you are using and what your security settings are.
You can set up multiple websites on a single server based on the domain name.

You would put it in the root directory of your website.
