Cool!
Some fixes i would make:
align the textbox's text to right
make textbox read only
me.formborderstyle = fixed3d
me.maximizebox = false
i would also re-arrange the buttons, like put the clear button on top.

Well its nice but the interface a little to basic try to change it and rearrange the buttons.

every1 thinks u should make a professional ui
but i like simple themes cooll; well but i love professional themes so yes .. Try to Make a new interface cooll;
