If this is just an exe and not finished this should be free. The dock you just made with dotnetbar. But your idea is interesting! An alternative to mac?

why did you start with the design ? thats not the right way to program i think.

Thats I way I use too. First I design the application, then I start the coding. For example my wordpad too me like 7 days of designing while I coded it in the last 3 days. I use my net for 2 hours a day.
