2 days ago, I made an application but didn't got the time to post it. What the application basically does is that it downloads a file from the specified URL and then saves it to the specified directory. And it works pretty well. I have added some extras such as current progress, speed (in kilobits and kilobytes, both), estimated time etc. And also it has a notify icon which allows it to be hidden and work in the background. It isn't much advanced but it does the job! ;) And I will also release the source if I'm asked to and if people appreciate it!

It actually took longer to download it than usual but it was still a good application, Nice contribution!!! (:

Once the download gets to 100% it still says its in progress when I click exit.

Explain a bit please...

Hello mandai, I'll check it right away and add some extra features maybe such as Time Remaining etc. And Reboh, I didn't used your tutorial, thanks for your compliment. I'll put a simple tutorial on this one.
