CD Error

After I update NBA 2k11, to patch 1.0.1 I keep getting the same dialog:
I have no Idea what is wrong I have installed something from securom.com and still nothing.
I don't want to re-install till I get some help, and its legal. But I can't access 2kSports Forums for some reason they wont send me a confirmation key -.-
