Will these headphones be good?

Hello,
I am buying a pair of high-quality headphones. Currently, I am using in-ear headphones (with, of course, no bass). I am going for a pair of headphones, that:
* Output HIGH-QUALITY audio
* Large bass
* Can go REALLY loud
* Over-ear
* Stylish
* General price as $49.99
* Long cord
* Must NOT be wireless
I have found a pair that I really like right now, and you can check them out here.
Please tell me if the pair I found is any good, if not, please show me a pair following the specifications I have provided.
