Hello Everyone,

As you may know, hungryhounduk had a competition where you could win 100 credits, the contest is now closed and i was one of the 2 judges, but unfortunately I didn't get a response from mikethedj4 so we have decided that i judge.
I have chosen this winner for the following reason(s):

His application didn't throw any errors while searching for images. Even though the main form could've been improved, it still did the basic job which was to search for images on the computer. The GUI was hard to understand but after some tries i managed to understand how it functioned.
