So post all good programs you know ( It can be everything , from tweaking utilites to fun tools ) I'll edit my post and add the good programs
The requirements :

for windows vista : Mz Vista Force

#2 : There is also a codec pack for vista, which is pretty much similair

Hotlinking is when you post a link to direct download like http://someurl.com/download.exe
