Shortcut to troubleshooting a printer? (win 7)

Hi. I have noticed that recently i have been needing to go into the control panel to fix an error with my printer in order to make it print:
What i want to do is put a shortcut on my desktop that does the exact same thing as if i had pressed the "troubleshoot" button in the right click menu.
