Well, here is my entry.

Took me hours and days to complete this.

To use it just type 'System.' in the Rich Text Box and select the desired class. It can also select sub classes like
'System.Net.WebClient'

To select classes from the 'Net' or any other class, just put a '.' in front of the desired class. For example if you want WebClient from System.Net, just put a dot after System and select the Net class and then put a dot after the Net and select WebClient from Intellisense.

This is not bug free.

CoderBoy, yours are not working. ITs says:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException.
File 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\System.dll' is not found.
