I'm sure someone else would answer that for me :P How to use it is a long story , theres a tutorial on their website
Webs or weebly is mainly made for blogs or whatever , it doesn't support php.
Its already coded , you need to make some tweaks and bla bla

As Axel said, phpBB. It's easy to use and there are many modifications and styles and some other things you can use to improve the forum.
The style used on phpBB.com, and the one used here is similar to ProSilver Special Edition.
You will need a webhost to set it up, and mysql, ftp.

I used to help people with installing and editing it, i used to have my own forum, which i stopped working on.
Here is the current link: http://codexvideos.codex.x10.mx/forum/ its pretty slow, but thats because its a free host, i will be re-installing a fresh one on a new paid host and will start working on one again.

After That Connect To FTP using explorer or filezilla and upload the phpbb folder. Rename it to forum and go to http://yoursite.com/forum/install and follow the instructions. PM Me For More Info & Help! cooll;

How Do I Connect To My FTP Server?
In Explorer Just Go To ftp://yoursite.com, You Get An Error Message, Right Click And Select Log In As... And Enter Your FTP Account Data. Zymic And 000Webhost Will Tell You Everything You Need To Know.

You guys kinda forgot to tell him that he need to create a MySQL User account and add a Database named phpBB to the mysql server then give the user account right access to the database.

It seems from his post that he does NOT know anything about phpBB or MySQL or php.

Why dont you guys try to help him out alittle better then just posting download links?

Then how are you to learn what to do and how to fix it if that person is not around and something happens?

Well, i was thinking of doing it in TeamViewer where i show him how so he can learn. Not just doing it on my pc.
