Download the Soruce Code and you can do what ever u want with it
You can download the Source Here
it even includes a Virus List (71,037 in db)
file is viruslist.txt
If you need help on making one like this one, Email me

The smart viruses can get around that.

This won't be a quality antivirus that you 'can sell'
Good & popular antivirusses can analyze the code to see what it does
