An Excellent Web Host

Hello guys.
I just was searching for a good free/paid host and i came across this excellent web host provider. cooll;

It has a lot of advantages as it offers 1 year free hosting(at least here in India).
Also it is a very cheap host considering the loads of features it gives.
If you take the 3$ option it gives -

But it takes a one time setup fee of 13.80$.
So if you want a good web host then i would suggest to go for this instead of the so called best http://www.bluehost.com.
Also I think CNS uses this host too.
