Hello There?
I am sharing my program on calculating a Monthly Amortization for a particular Loan that we owe to someone (say a Bank).

Dude this is really helpful, I would like to see calculators like this as well as a scientific, basic, etc: all combined together.

Actually, I am still updating this Amortization Calculator to show Table of Monthly Payments paid the interest with Monthly Balances until the Loan will be fully paid based on your assumed duration. About the scientific calculator well, I will try soon.
