Simple put down what program, or programs you may use when programming?
I'll Start!
Text Editor (Linux Gnome = gedit, Linux KDE = kedit, and Windows = Notepad++)
Glade (Only when I make complex gui's)
Eclipse
Jabaco (rarely)
QTCreator (sometimes)
I also use Gimp for my main design purposes web beginning on a web app, designing a website, etc:
I use Inkscape mainly for making icons/logos for an application.
Blender for 3D modeling, and also gaming.
and
I use Audacity for editing audio, and LMMS for producing audio if/when I ever add audio into an application.
Now it's your turn.

Visual C# Express 2010 (Almost all the time) I like 2008 more but I'm to lazy 
Visual C++ Express 2010 (Only when I found something out , follow a tutorial)
Visual basic Express 2010 (Only for tutorials , neva eva for coding)
Dev C++ ( same )
code::blocks ( also same )
Netbeans ( When I make a little tweak for my minecraft )
Notepad++ (XHTML , Javascript , Didn't learn Css yet because I'm busy with html and js )
you should change the title to programs :P because you also need your brains lol

Visual Studio 2008 and 2010:
Vb.net but not so often.
C# almost all the time
C++ Sometimes.
Other:
DevC++ Sometimes too.
QTDesigner but not so often.
