Old topic

Hello people,
I'm not sure if this is in the right sections but,
I'm creating a mod for phpBB which will tell you if the topic you are viewing is old, and it's not recommended to post in it.
I'm not completely done, and the reason why i'm doing this is maybe CodenStuff will implement it in here or create something similar, plus this was done in my spare time.
