FTP Problems

Hello,
till yesterday i cannot login in my ftp with winscp
i get a error thats says : connection fails
i even login with my ip but still no effect
please can anybody helpme to fix this
i have even install a new ftp program but still the same

Have you tried using FileZilla, and what exactly is the error message ?.

no i didn't use filezilla.

i have install filezilla
and i get this:
connection time out
could not connect to server.
still a error

yea its okay
we have fix it

i had change my firewall settings thats why its not working anymore
so its fix
