Problem 1:

Someone gave me a website link (www.hostnesta.com) that does cashU payments for the web hosting or domain i think, Okay i go to there and bought that but it was like a spam my order was 7$ or something and no button says Checkout or Pay only update cart so i must add more things and the full price 40$ i think or more and i bought it will cashU but i don't know how i make my website i want it like Code'N'Stuff! and CodexVideos.com (i mean Tempelate or Theme) and i have an account and every thing and i bought domain i didnt found a name so i name it .. ..... .. MegaCodes.Com .. okay okay if you help me with this and create the website i will make you admin on that site okay ? and if more than 1 help me i will make the others mods 8-)

Someone else owns that domain name.
Me and CodenStuff's websites are powered by phpBB.
The style/theme, you make it by yourself, but if you want, i can arrange something cheap(maybe free), just PM me.

Your host should run php and then you need to download phpbb
