Get a good nights sleep

Hello,
I just came across this article about sleeping patterns:
So if you dont get enough sleep or you sleep too much (more than 7-8 hours) your brain gets old :? which means I must be about 20 years older than I actually am :lol:
Basically if you dont get enough sleep or sleep too long you end up old and stupid!
Ive been up for about 21 hours now coding so I think I better get my 7-8 hours sleep lol
