I did the same thing to my old XP machine (both Tiger, and Leopard).
I used Finderbar for the mac finder part on the taskbar, but unfortunately I can't find the download anymore as the official site for Finderbar had been down for months, and I'm not a fan of transformation packs either. At least the ones that install crap. The ones that hold files you need for skins, and such in a zip file I like though.
Use RK Launcher instead of RocketDock if you're trying to get it to look like a mac. (I never been a fan of RocketDock I always liked ObjectDock so much better)
You can get the visual style on deviantART, but if you want it all (styles not programs) in one download the download my Leopard Transformation Pack. I made back in 08 or 07.

I'm not real big into computer customization anymore. However I still change my visual style, and cursors from time to time, as well as system sounds, but that's it.

i like to have a classic visual style
it looks better when its clean and simple and it helps
when you have nothing on your desktop except for a recycling bin and
a important file/folder

Guys, NEVER USE TRANSFORMATION PACKS AND DO BACKUPS or else you'll maybe get the same problem as me here lol.

You should always backup your data before any installation.
