Delete reputation points

I think there should be a delete button next to every reputation point you have posted so you can delete them.
And it would be nice if the logo top-left at every page redirects to the home page instead of doing nothing.

A 'X' next to every reputation point you have created when you view a users reputation so you can delete it if you have talked with the user and agreed with that it was wrong. I can make a picture when I get on my PC.

So you what to be able to remove anyones Rep point at any time you choose to?
I do not think so!
The Rep System is a ( + / - ) deal.
Either you like the post or you do not.
Seems simple enough to me.
How would you like it if someone just woke up having a bad day and decided to remove peoples rep points just because his mommy did not let he stay up later last night.
This idea of your is bad!
The Rep System works fine.

Only the ones you have submitted yourself of course...

I was thinking something similar to the removal of rep points. Maybe a year after getting a -rep, that -rep will go away. I think this will help because people change over time, and the -rep may only represent the past for the user.
I got most of my -reps when i first joined Codenstuff, did not know many of the rules, etc. now, i know the rules, know what to follow, and don't get a lot (if any) -reps

Also, another idea I've thought of for codenstuff is putting an "@" in front of a username in a post, and that will automatically become a link to the user's profile.
Example:
would become:
CodenStuff is a great user!
