whenever i open up vb this is what happens
if anyone knows what to do please help

Hey
I dont know why it has done that :( But if it was me i would re-Install it and see if it happens when you reboot it and start it up again.
**Remember to BACKUP your PROJECTS FILE FOLDER before you Re-Install

Try this method instead of re-installing:
Load VB -> Tools -> Options and when that dialog comes up select Startup section and then select the default start page from the drop down.
