System restore + Windows Vista to 7 upgrade

I have a Toshiba laptop that when purchased had Windows Vista. Some time in the past I installed a Windows 7 upgrade, so it now has Windows 7. If I do a system restore to the oldest restore point (the restore point that was made when I got my laptop) will it have Windows 7, or Vista?

If it is Vista, will it be possible to re-use my Windows 7 upgrade disc to install windows 7 again?

Thanks in advance!

I'm almost certain that wouldn't change your OS

The System Restore will only effect the Operating System that you are now Running....It wont restore back to Vista, as you are on Win7..

Don't worry you'll keep your OS, when you format your hard drive all the data is deleted. When you installed Windows 7 it created a restore point the day it was installed, but I believe you can only restore like 4 maybe 6 months ago.
