This is a simple key generator I've made in Visual Basic. I generates one key every millisecond and does not repeat a key twice. You can then save the keys as a text file.

There seems to be a bug where the progressbar freezes occasionally.

It's actually not a bug. It's only because, depending on the difference between the minimum and maximum values, it might become harder and harder for the program to find a key that isn't already there. But thanks for noticing.
