Msn has been crashed.

Hello guys,
i have reinstall mine windows 7 again
when i install windows live essial
i got a message to install flash 10
but the website they give me don't exist anymore.
so i have search for the last flash and install it
restart pc
and still got the same message
and till today msn crashed :(
i even reinstall msn again but stay the same.
