Hi guys, i just wanted to ask if anyone have tried wearing Power balance wristband, if so is it worth buying, because i want to buy for my family. Maybe you know other similar wristbands names, it would be cool if you tell me

ok as a fitness freak I've actually seen these, and dude Lamar is right they are a scam.

The truth of the matter is if you, or your family really wants to get fit, improve flexibility, or whatever you're gonna haft to get off your two feet, and actually stretch, and workout.

When I have time I'll post videos on learning how to get physically fit without hafting to go to the gym meaning. NO WEIGHTS. I usually workout outside at a park, or at some spot I find in the city, and I'll be going over all that for the videos for NoGymFitness (I haven't announced it cause it won't be awhile till I get to working on it)

Maybe you're right, that these wristbands are scam, but if i'll see one of my friends wearing it, i will definetly ask him to borrow me

If you have a PS3. there's a nice fun game for it called Active 2 that really helps, and it tracks everything for you so you don't need to. Plus the whole workout is about 30 mins.

Do p90x or Insanity..best bet.
