Bogoh, Java is a PAIN IN THE A**. Oracle (the GUI) is just HORRID and it is just so slow and complicated and etc and etc...

That depends on what you're using. I'm guessing you usually make apps using JFrame. You just gotta learn it more, cause if you learn it more you can make your apps in Java (sure there's more coding then designing it), but your apps will be cross platform, but don't think they'll be available for iOS devices, and won't be available for Chrome OS.

That's how I started was watching Bucky's Java tutorials, until I got further into it, but nothing like crazy just some small games for my nephew.

Oh yeah, Bucky, I watched his DevC++ tutorials a while back :D Don't know why I never looked at his Java stuff. I just don't get the interface, mainly. The coding part is the fun part, but the GUI pops up box after box of incomprehendable text. I'll try again, because it's been awhile, but I hope I can learn it...
