If you're using Windows you can give my old app
NinjaClick a try. (
NOTE: NinjaClick's window must be open in order to stop it from clicking.)
The smaller the number the faster the click as it goes by milliseconds.

i think it only works once per IP address.. so you'll probably have to use a proxy (not recommending it) or just wait til your IP changes...
