Bonus Tip: Leave only FREQUENTLY USED shortcuts on the Desktop. Others can be deleted (you can access them from the Start menu). Then, create a SINGLE FOLDER, titled "Folders". Inside will be folders which will organize anything you need. For example, I will have a folder named "Text Files" in my "Folders" folder. Inside will be every text file I need stored. This tip will keep you completely organized.
