Help with Reading WebSite APIs

Ok, so there is a website with public APIs about players info - it is an online browser multiplayer game 
API is in xml format, but i don't know how to read it :/
If i try it like getting from any other website using htmlelementcollection it doesn't return anything, because tag names aren't really tags, they are just ids or something don't know the word :/
