While watching one of my weekly tech shows they featured a site called Aviary.com which I think is pretty good.

It offers free programs hosted on the cloud which can be used for photo editing with loads of different tools to choose from so you can add effects, text, rotate, enhance and capture photos as much as you want and then save them. They also offer audio editing tools in an impressive sound mixer app so you can make and edit music using your own samples or the build in ones.

They have extensions for firefox/Chrome aswell and an API for adding their tools to your own site/apps.

You didn't know about Aviary before? I've posted links to their apps here plenty of times.

I even made this video tutorial on how to use Raven, their vector editor.

I thought it sounded familiar when I heard it but I wasnt sure lol.
