Un-f*ing-believable!

I ordered some flash drives from this site on the 30th August which according to their site were processed/dispatched on the 31st August. Its now been 3 weeks since then and I still havent got what I ordered and last week I contacted them that I hadnt got my order and they said its probably been lost in the post and kept being told I have to wait 15 days before they can do anything about it and after which they would send me a replacement...so I waited.
So I emailed them on Friday thinking rite its been over 15 days so they will just send me replacements like most companys do. I was wrong!. Now they want me to fill in a form declaring I havent received the items BEFORE they will start an investigation with the postal service and send me replacements. Ive ordered 100s of items online in the past from loads of different sites and yes a few of those have got lost in the post but the sites I ordered from have always sent replacements without any fuss and apologised (Good companys who value their customers) but not once have I EVER been asked to fill in a missing mail declaration form..NEVER!.
So now I filled that in and sent it off and get a reply saying we got your form and will be in touch after its been reviewed...in 7 days time!!!!.
Oh ok ive only been waiting 3 weeks for my order already I dont mind waiting another week for you to get off your assets and then wait another week for it to be delivered sure why not ive got nothing better to do :? ...ive decided to give them until Friday then my polite emails to customer service turn into not so polite ones!.
Stay away from that site and never buy anything from them.
Ive never been treated like this in my life their customer service is unbelievable.
