I got Phpbb and now is wondering how do make the site & how do I put it on a Domain

php is finished site, you'll have to buy domain name with hosting, you also have free hosting/domains, but they aren't .com/.net/.org ..... and so on...

I can install for free, but you need to buy a domain.
