ok so i was going to check up on facebook on my computer, but then the internet was going really slow for me so i tried other webbrowsers and they didnt work
so i went on my other account(i have 2 on my computer) and the internet worked fine
any suggestions?

There could be a program using the internet a lot.

I'm having issues with the speed of facebook all the time

its not only facebook and no other program is on

Just try it once more on the first account, maybe then it will work. It happens to me sometimes, I just log out and log back in a few minutes later.

There could be many reasons for the slowness. Is it slow on other computers at the same time?

Maybe your ISP is being unresponsive

if your With BT i know that you need to itemize computers on the network otherwise the one that setup the account and hub on it will have prioraty soo if your mum for example has the hub software on her computer and is on at the same time as you she will get most of the bandwith on her computer
