Help with weebly?

Hey guys! I'm a complete noob in the website areas, so can someone please please please. tell me how to customise my own template for my website? I mean like i downloaded from some website and all it gave me was a folder, inside it contains stuff like an css folder and an js folder.However the weebly website specifically stated that it must have a background.gif, Image_style.css,index.html and header-image.jpg . How can i compile everything into that?
