Is my desktop supposed to be slow?

Hi! its been a while ive posted something cuz i was just having trouble with my desktop pc. I wanted to ask if my pc is supposed to be slow. plz look at the following specifications and tell:

Windows 7 Ultimate
Rating: 2.9 experience index
Processor: Pentium(R) dual core E5700 3.00 GHZ
Installed memory: 1.00 GB

I have two disks: local disk C is 134GB free of 195GB and local disk D is almost empty(269Gb free of 270GB)(LOLXD ive got to fill that).
Plz tell me and im sorry if i wasnt supposed to put this post in this cattogery. wahooo; blusho; :mrgreen:

Windows 7 can work with 1GB ram, but it is recommended at least 2GBs (my recommendation) goofy;

What subscore is your lowest ? Is it Memory (RAM) - Memory operations per second

I asked Hasknight, but since you answered your graphics card is the lowest. (Like you don't know) goofy;

The system should not be slow just from the specs.
If programs are requesting lots of memory, you could add more RAM.

Is it slow when you are doing anything specifically?
