How to install mchat.php

I got umill and Mchat.php installed on my server for my site ,but isn't on my site tempelate. Please help I installed under Public.html

dude! this is a double post for 1.
and 2, follow the "install.xml" it will tell you what to copy and paste to where ever you want it.

Either you follow install.xml or you use AutoMOD

Can you elaborate little bit more, give the error code you get, the ways you tried, did you use AutoMOD or manual installation, etc.
