I didn't even install it, I think it came with some other program , but I was monitoring my bandwidth( using bandwidth monitor) and I saw it was uploading around 5MB / minute, it wasted around 10 gigs this week of my upload... I don't know what it was doing it the background, but after I closed it it immediately stopped uploading that much...
would you consider it a virus or not ?

Hmn, could be a virus yes. I would just deinstal it...

Just type in cmd netstat -an and check for open ports on different IPs, or get some good network monitor and c where is data uploaded.
