This game is OK but i have some suggestions to make it a little bit better.

-Fix character up and make him transparent.
-More blocks
-Don't use buttons for movement, use W,A,S,D or Arrow Keys.

Thats all I can think of but its good for a start.

You really have copyright on the images? And btw, isnt the background of your signature from the Media-Bar Cody created? Im sure the iTunes icon is also copyrighted. The program is okay, but the music is annoying and the process is still running when i close the window. I really think there is no need for a setup when its a single program and some files, but your choose. In the about bow it says that its made by Coolblade, Acem, and code it. Aren't you and Acem the same? Placing the blocks works okay, but its stress to move the character, and i would like some water physics.
Just a few suggestions, which would make the game much better.

If they have designed the images themselves, without using images from others at all, then they can copyright it, and it is automatically under copyright, since it is considered intellectual property. However, the iTunes logo is indeed a trademark of Apple, Inc. So you technically can't use it.
