Installer for your program

well here is a template for your program installer.

Notice:
and since i asked for help on 30% of it ill just give it for free
now i did make this in vb2011 so idk if i works in vb2010 or lower

First Opening Instructions:
1.When you first open it go to settings and change the downloadurl to whatever you want
2.then go to resources and change the pictures with the same names and extensions
3.then you go to Frontpage and change the app name and description and you can change the picturebox image to your logo.
4.then go to step1 and look at the code and change the marked code to whatever then
5.go to downloader and change whatever you want with it
