We need to be against SOPA, they can't control what we download and what we do on our internet.
The same way we have freedom of speech, we much have freedom of internet!
Not only that, but anyone who links to a torrent/download which isn't legal to download will be responsible too, even if they are users from a forum.

I am against SOPA, I am in Australia is Sopa doing this in just America or world-wide? I haven't heard much about it.

I don't know either, but similar things have been done in France, and sadly, they're working... Now I'm not from France, and I don't download anything illegal, but I'm strongly against any government taking control over the Internet, a global network meant for freedom....
I understand people should not download pirated content....but really, is it worth spying on millions of people... Shouldn't the government be puting its money elsewhere... say, i don't know... In education... or healthcare, or even helping the homeless.
This is really spending for nothing... there are more important things in life than making sure you paid 500$ for your Adobe product, and didn't just download a cracked version for free.

I agree with Jg99! Why would the stalk me? I mean: if i stalk someone in public he (or she) can report it to the police and i will get a probelem. Why can the governemnt stalk me on the internet...?
