Well, I generated a new world for myself, and after exploring the map a bit, I found this awesome NPC village, half of it spawned in water!!
The seed is: -4209815221081259753
And the village should not be too far from the spawn point... If you explore a bit, you'll find a large grass field... keep following it and you'll find the village.
